This privacy policy describes how Infomanta Ltd collects and uses personal information on our websites and with our software and services. This privacy policy applies to both private individuals and corporate customers.

4. When do we process personal information?

Infomanta Ltd collects and records personal information about you when you:

a) buy a product or service from us

b) contact us for support on a product or service that you have bought or plan to buy

c) sign up for one of our newsletters

d) register you when you download and install an evaluation version of any of our software

e) register you when you download and install a software from us that was bought through a re-seller

f) uses a feature in a program that requires certain personal information (e.g. your e-mail address) to function

5. What personal data about you do we handle?

5.1 - When buying

If you buy a product or service from us, we will save and register the following personal information:


5.1.1 - If you are a business customer:

- the name of the company

- buyer or user's first and last name

- the company's, buyer's, or end-user's email address

- a billing address for invoice payments or credit card information * if the payment is made via a credit card

- a shipping address if specified

- company's or end-user's phone number if specified


5.1.2 - If you are a private customer:

- your first name and last name

- your email address

- a billing address for invoice payments or credit card information * if the payment is made via a credit card

5.2 - At support

If you contact us because you need support on any of our products we will save and register your company name (if you belong to a company), your personal name and your or your company's e-mail address. Alternatively, your phone number.

5.3 - When subscribing to newsletters

If you sign up for one of our newsletters, we will save and register the email address and name you provided. We will send you newsletters only as long as you want. At the bottom of each newsletter issue there is an unsubscribe link that you can click on to unsubscribe the newsletter.

5.4 - When registering an evaluation version

If you register when you download and install an evaluation version of any of our programs, we will save and register the email address and name that you provide. And optionally, a company name and country, if you have specified also this data.

Registration of personal data is optional. You can also download and evaluate the software without any registration.

5.5 - When registering a purchased license

Some of our programs require a user registration before use. Registration takes place during installation. We use this information to verify that the number of installed licenses corresponds to the number of purchased licenses. As a minimum, we collect e-mail address and personal name.

5.6 - When using some functions in our programs

Some functions in our programs require us to register an email address belonging to and controlled by you. In some cases, a company name or personal name is also required.

6. Why do we process data about you?

Infomanta Ltd processes your personal information for various purposes, but mainly for these purposes:

a) to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, such as the execution of purchase, invoicing and delivery

b) to provide you with effective support

7. Do we give personal data about you to others?

No. Infomanta Ltd never send personal information about you to other companies or authorities. Exception is if current legislation requires us to disclose this information, for example in connection with criminal investigations.

Please note, however, that if you pay for any of our products via third party, for example via PayPal or Payoneer, they will store personal information about you.

8. How long do we save information about you?

All personal information we have about you is processed and stored in the company storage. The company Infomanta Ltd is located in Israel and the main part of the personal information is processed and stored in Israel. Some personal information may be processed and stored in another country (by using a storage cloud provider)

Some of Infomanta's websites use cookies in some circumstances. However, no cookies can identify you as a person. They are only used for statistical purposes.
