Infomanta LTD is committed to making the IMTerm website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with applicable law.

Legal Basis

This site complies with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act (Amendment 26, 2021) and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level.

Under Israeli law, public-facing websites and web applications are required to meet these accessibility requirements. Infomanta treats this as a minimum baseline, not a ceiling.

Conformance Status

The IMTerm marketing website (infomanta.com/imterm/) is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. All 10 pages pass automated axe-core audits with zero violations as of June 2026.

Accessibility Features

Color and Contrast

All text meets or exceeds the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios: 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. Dark section backgrounds use lighter text colors to maintain contrast. Information is never conveyed by color alone.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements, links, buttons, and navigation, are fully operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible at all times.

Screen Reader Support

Pages use semantic HTML5 elements, proper heading hierarchy (H1 through H3), ARIA landmarks, and descriptive link text. Images include meaningful alternative text. Decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.

Responsive Design

The site works on all screen sizes, including mobile devices, and supports browser-level text zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Language

The page language is declared (lang="en") so screen readers use the correct pronunciation rules.

Known Limitations

The IMTerm application itself (the terminal emulator UI) is a complex interactive tool. Terminal emulation presents inherent accessibility challenges; we are actively working to improve keyboard accessibility and screen reader support within the application.
